Is you antivirus working Correctly ?
here is a trick for you.you can check the protection of antivirus software is working properly or just a waste.
We will create a file which every antivirus sofware will detect as virus but dont worry it is harmless and will not harm your computer.
1) First open Notepad and copy below code into it.
X5O!P%@AP[4PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*
2) Save the file as virus.exe
As soon as you will run this file you antivirus will detect it as software. If not then you need to change your program.
